Buenos Aires will be the host of FIMAQH 2010.

The 2010^th edition of The International Fair of Machine Tools, Capital Goods and Services for Production – FIMAQH; will take place at Costa Salguero Center, in Buenos Aires.

Minutes away from Jorge Newbery Airport and on the cost of Río de la Plata, Costa Salguero Center will be the seat of the largest industrial trade fair in Argentina, and the second most important one in America after FEIMAFE (Brazil). FIMAQH 2010 will show both national and international offer for machine tools, capital goods and services for production.

FIMAQH will offer a business scenario which should not be missed by exhibitors and visitors. FIMAQH 2008’s exhibitors and visitors took part of a turnover of USD 84 Billion.

In search for the constant professionalism of the event, CARMAHE – Argentine Machine Tool Association, Capital Goods and Services for Production; exclusive organizer of this event, has signed an agreement with Reed Exhibition for this new edition. Reed Exhibition will handle marketing and operations activities, thus adding its experience based on more than 400 international events.

In a press conference, CARMAHE’s new president, Mr. Pedro Cascales, pointed out that ‘CARMAHE maintains a permanent foreign relations policy. Within the framework of such policy, the Association has visited TECMA in Mexico, CIMT in China, TIMTOS en Taiwan, FEIMAFE in Brazil and EMO in Milan, all during this year. Several diplomats and businessmen and women who have visited Buenos Aires during 2009 were received by our Association in our headquarters’. In such framework, our Association has decided, as Cascales declared, ‘to redouble its bet and face the challenge of carrying FIMAQH 2010 out, offering a place for technical upgrading and commercial success for the growth of the production industry’.
